16 May Best Beauty Buys For Under £10
As much as we all love extravagant beauty products like YSL and Crème de la Mer, which look great on snap chat and instagram. It’s a hard job maintaining those kinds of products for everyday use. I for one have spent stupid money on products like that and then found dupes that do exactly the same thing. So let’s all take a step back and praise the good old drug stores like boots and high street beauty brands, for bringing us affordable beauty buys that we can all use and love every day without breaking the bank.
Garnier skin perfector BB cream – £9.99
Garnier describe this as a ‘miracle skin perfector’ and it really is. It’s a versatile beauty cream that you can use alone as an alternative to foundation or as a primer. It’s a great product to take on holiday when all you really need is light coverage. I buy this in medium and absolutely love it.
H&M face powder glow pallet – £5.99
This H&M glow pallet comes in 3 beautiful shades, light gold, light pink and bronze. I love using the bronze shade on my cheek bones and the light gold as a highlighter. The shades are highly pigmented and give you a beautiful radiant glow. The best thing is a little goes a long way making it even better value for money.
Maybelline push up drama mascara – £7.99
I can confidently say that I have probably purchased every mascara worth trying, and nothing compares to this Maybelline push up the drama mascara. It creates pushed up and separate lashes giving a dramatic look. I normally buy this in colour ‘indecent black’ for more of a striking look.
Garnier skin active Micellar cleansing water – £5.99
I like having a straight forward, easy to follow skin care routine and this Garnier skin active cleaning water is the perfect product that helps me to achieve that. It’s infused with oils and removes waterproof makeup, as well as dirt from your skin. I use this every night after washing my face and it’s made a huge difference to the tone of my skin.
Garnier skin active moisture bomb £2
This is a super hydrating tissue mask that’s equivalent to 1 week worth of hydrating serum. It’s the perfect mask for anyone that leads a busy lifestyle and doesn’t have time for regular facials. It’s ideal for the autumn/winter months to restore hydration and a radiant glow back into your skin. I have used this weekly over the last few weeks, and my skin feels plumper with a brighter glow.
All these products have been tried and tested by me, and have been carefully selected because I have seen a positive impact by using them. So the next time you’re in your local chemist/drug store pick up these affordable beauty buys you won’t be disappointed.
